Michael Kascsak

Michael began his career as a staffing agency recruiter with Aerotek before moving to the corporate side of recruiting at Bank of America. Michael then took on a talent leadership role implementing go-to-market hiring strategies for Capital One’s Financial Services Division. After Capital One, Michael joined CBRE as their Head of Americas Recruiting, where he led Talent Acquisition for the nation’s largest commercial real estate company.

He then pivoted into big tech and joined PayPal/Venmo as the Director of Americas Talent Acquisition and Head of Global Tech Recruiting. Michael oversaw recruiting teams based in the US, Latin America, the UK, India, and China.

Most recently Michael held the role of Head of SWE Sourcing for Google, North America. There he led a team of internal sourcing experts and an RPO function supporting Google’s Consumer, Hardware and Cloud organizations.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and is a wine collector and foodie. Above all, he loves being a girl dad and spending time with his wife, Jiman, and 8-year-old daughter, Giada.
