Dr. Andy Anderson

Dr. Andy Anderson joined CityVet in April 2019 as our Executive Chairman, Interim CEO. Andy is a proven executive in the veterinary space having build and sold a successful pet specialty and emergency hospital business that operates throughout the Unites States. Besides being a capable leader, Andy is a veterinarian first. He attended Texas A&M earning a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and Biomedical Science and his DVM, Harvard University for his MBA and University of Missouri for his Surgical Residency Program. Andy served on the surgical faculty at the University of Missouri Veterinary Teaching Hospital teaching and researching canine orthopedic diseases. As the leader of our organization, he lives our values every day and cares about every pet as if they are his own.

He lives in San Antonio with his wife Kim and miniature schnauzer Gunny.
